Roasted Italian Mixed Veggies



These veggies are how I get my kids to eat veggies. You can use mixed veggies, just one veggie, we sometimes use frozen green beans. They seriously are delicious. My husband tells me it's like eating candy, they are that addicting.

 Ingredients:
Choice of frozen Veggies (pictured is the California Blend-broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots) Enough to cover generously a 9x13 dish
 1 stick of butter (melted)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried minced onion
1/2 TBL Italian seasoning

 -Place veggies in 9x13 dish
-Pour melted butter over the top.
 - Sprinkle seasonings over the veggies and butter
-Cover with aluminum foil
-Bake at 425 for 35-40 minutes
