Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef

During the heat of the summer, this recipe is amazing. The slow cooker is PERFECT for those hot days. This is a nice home cooked meal that doesn't heat up the kitchen. My family loves this recipe and requests it regularly!
 Ingredients:
1 1/2-2 lbs sirloin steak
 1/2 cup flour
 2 TBL olive oil
3/4 cups soy sauce
1 cup water
 1/2 cup brown sugar
 1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic powder

 Directions:
 1. Cut meat into cubes or small strips. Add to gallon ziplock and coat with flour.
2. In slow cooker, combine all other ingredients and stir. Add meat. Stir to coat meat completely.
3. Cook for 3 hours on high and turn to low for 1 more hour. Stirring occasionally.
4. Serve over rice.

 Enjoy!
