Italian Meat Balls

This is one way I am able to get my kids to eat meat. They love these meat balls and request them quite a bit. This is definitely on our monthly rotation of meals!

Italian Meat Balls

Ingredients:
 2 lbs ground beef
1 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
 1 Egg
1 8 oz can Tomato Sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

-Mix all ingredients together.
 -Make into balls, any size you desire.
-Cook at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes, depending on meat ball size.

My family likes to put ketchup on top of them.
 ENJOY!

If you only have regular bread crumbs, you can use them, it just won't be "italian", but still good meats balls!)
