Melt-In-Your-Mouth Biscuits

These are seriously a HIT in our house! You can eat them plain or put some butter, honey, or jam in the middle. Perfect for dinner biscuits or for biscuits and gravy! We love them so much in our house that I usually double the recipe!

 Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 TBL baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 TBL sugar
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup milk

-Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter until coarse.
-Stir in milk to make a ball. (I use my hands at this step)
-Turn ball on a floured surface. Let it sit for a minute or two.
 -knead for 20-30 seconds.
-Roll out to desired thickness. 1/2 inch- 1 inch. Cut with a biscuit cutter.
-place on cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 425.
 Enjoy!!!

Makes about 6-8 biscuits.
