Slow Cooker BBQ Potato Soup

This soup sounds delicious! I would never have thought to combine potato and BBQ in a soup! And even better that it's in the slow cooker. Simple. Easy. Delicious. I can't wait to try this when the weather cools down. A perfect fall soup! Thank you Chelsea for this recipe!
Slow Cooker BBQ Potato Soup
Ingredients:
6 Large Potatoes- Peeled and cubed
1 cup Onion, diced
4 cups chicken stock
2 TBL minced garlic
1 TBL BBQ seasoning
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
1. In your slow cooker, combine potatoes, onions, stock, garlic, BBQ seasoning, BBQ sauce.
2. Cook on high for 4-5 hours.
3. When finished, stir in heavy cream and cheese.
4. When serving, dollop sour cream and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
5. Enjoy!
