Cinnamon Streusel Muffins

These muffins are simple and yummy. They would be perfect for weekday mornings for something quick to grab when running out the door. I made them for dessert for dinner tonight because we had breakfast for dinner. They are a hit! You can't eat just one. Delicious!

Ingredients:

Muffins:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
6 TBL butter, melted

Topping:
1 cup flour
4 TBL brown sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
4 TBL butter, softened

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Line muffin tins with paper cups
3. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt
4. Add milk, eggs, and melted butter
5. Mix until moistened. Do not over mix
6. Combine topping ingredients until crumbly
7. Crumble over muffins
8. Bake for 18-20 minutes
9. Let cool. Enjoy!

Makes 12 muffins
