Slow Cooker Shredded BBQ Chicken Sandwiches



I made this tonight and my family loved it!!! I have some picky eaters in my family and they gobbled this up and asked for more! Definitely a hit and SUPER easy!!

 Ingredients:
 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 16 ounce bottle BBQ sauce (I use Sweet Baby Rays original)
1/4 cup water
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup brown sugar

 Directions:
 1. Place chicken in slow cooker
2. Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken.
 3. Cook on high for 4 hours, then low for remaining time (around 5 hours total)
4. Use two forks and shred chicken.
 5. Serve on hoagie rolls or hamburger buns and add a slice of cheese.
 6. Enjoy!
